Address Serviceability FAQ
What is the FCC Broadband Map?
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) displays nationwide coverage data as reported by ISPs. While useful as a baseline, its address check represents historical reports and does not reflect current riser capacities or active construction backlogs inside multi-tenant offices.
Why does a site survey matter?
Carriers must physically verify the fiber route from the street lateral, through the building conduit, and up the riser. A site survey determines whether optical fibers can be easily spliced or if boring construction is required.
